GT가 Cannondale sports의 Subdivision으로 Mongoose랑 같은 계열인 것 같아요.
Cannodale은 Dorel이라는 글로벌기업 산하에 있고요.
GT 브랜드 네임 인지도가 높으니 그 이름 계속 가지고 가나봅니다.
제 기억으론 8~9년전 그리 된 것으로 아는데.... 어렴풋이....
워낙 제 기억력은 믿을 것이 못 되어서 말이죠.

GT Bicycles is a large American manufacturer of road, mountain, and bmx bicycles. The company was founded in 1979 by Gary Turner, a welding engineer and Richard Long, a bike shop owner. The company merged with Schwinn in 1998, but the conglomerate went bankrupt in 2001, and was acquired by Pacific Cycle. Dorel Industries acquired Pacific Cycle in 2004. GT itself acquired Auburn Racing and Dyno Products from Bob Morales plus Robinson Racing from the late Chuck Robinson in the late 1980s.
