못햇습니다만 ... 죄송합니다...곧 번역본을 올리도록 하겟습니다.
밑에 보시면 각 제품마다 보증기한 , 조건등이 잇습니다.
예을들어 티타늄 비비는 심보(spindle) 은 2년 보증 , cup 및 그외부속은 1년 보증이며
베아링은 매 1년에서 3년동안에 교환을 하도록 요청(require) 하고 잇습니다.
우선 보증을 받기 위해서는 (after market의 경우) 사실때 반드시 , 점포명 전화번호,주소
구입일자 , 지불방법 등을 명시한 영수증이 잇어야만 가능합니다.
oem 제품 즉 완성차에 끼어나오는 부속의 경우 자전거 모델 ,브랜드 ,모델년도
가 기입이 되어야 하며 , upgrade 시 구입시 항상 날짜을 표기 하여야만 합니다.

Warranty Information
NON-SPECIFIC DETAILS
We require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt from the dealer. It must show the shop name and location, the date of purchase, and the item purchased. Receipts that are marked as ‘deposit’ will not be accepted, unless also marked ‘paid in full’. In case of parts included on a complete bicycle (OEM) the bicycle brand, model, and year must be noted. If the part was an upgrade at time of purchase on a complete bicycle this upgrade must be specifically noted on the receipt.
Your warranty does not cover damage caused by lack of maintenance* or abusive* riding.
*Maintenance: regular cleaning, checking for loose bolts, greasing: this info is provided in the instructions. If you did not receive your instruction sheet with your product please check the online information at www.raceface.com or call 1-800-527-9244
*Abusive: Extreme riding and/or racing is not abusive, as long as you have purchased the correct model component. If you ride DH, DS, BMX (freestyle, dirt jumping), Trials, or are an aggressive ‘Freerider’ you are responsible to choose our ‘Downhill & Big Impact’ products. Riding components that were not designed or tested for this type of riding will void the warranty.
Any product that has been modified will not be covered under warranty. Modification includes use of bolts, bearings, or other hardware, that do not meet Race Face specifications (to save yourself trouble, purchase replacement parts from Race Face). Stripping and/or re-colouring product is considered modification. Finally, using a component without all necessary parts will void the warranty. If unsure about any changes to the ‘normal’ use of a product, please contact Race Face prior to attempting.
In general, we repair when possible, or replace sub-components rather than complete items. For example, if one crank arm is damaged we will not replace the complete set.
We do not warranty items just because we’ve introduced a new model or have modified it – unless the product is defective.
We do not warranty fading or chipping unless it is well beyond what can be expected under regular use.
Colours can change slightly from batch-to-batch / year-to-year. We do our best to match the colour, but there are no guarantees on 100% match.
Some colours will be discontinued, in which case we will do our best to match closely, but will not replace entire components to get colour match. You can, if you wish, purchase the remaining parts in the new colour.
Please note that Race Face is always open to having pieces inspected. If you feel that you have been unfairly denied warranty or are otherwise unsatisfied with the service you have received you can contact Race Face directly at 1-604-527-9244
SPECIFIC DETAILS
ISIS vs. Square taper crank-bottom bracket interface
There is no difference to the warranty between cranks with ISIS and those with square taper. However, damage to the square taper due to lack of maintenance or abuse will not be covered by warranty, and definitely will not be cause to be upgraded to ISIS.
Turbine LP Crank
Lifetime warranty
This is a cross-country specific crank. Use for any other type of riding is considered abusive. On pre-2001 versions (no threaded bosses on back of spider), if using without the inner ring you should protect the spider by threading outer chainring bolts into the threads in the crank.
Turbine LP DH Crank
Please note this crank is discontinued
Lifetime warranty
Designed for high speed, medium impact. Use for large drops is not covered by warranty. When using with a single ring please insure the DH Disk (reinforcing ring) is installed.
Next LP Crank
Lifetime warranty (purchased before 01/01/01 limited to 3 year warranty)
Please note that this is a lightweight, cross-country specific crank. Use for any other type of riding is considered abusive. Even if no inner ring is used the inner chainring bolts must be installed. Do not attempt to fix damage to the carbon on the back face (the front face is only cosmetic, but contact Race Face before attempting a repair).
North Shore XS Crank
Lifetime warranty
Other than the general limitations of maintenance, you can ride this crank as if plague-infected giant New York sewer rats are drooling on your Achilles.
Prodigy Crank
1 year warranty
This is a cross-country crank; use for other type of riding will not be covered under warranty.
SYStem
3 year warranty
This stem is designed for use with standard 25.4mm (1”) mountain bike handlebars. Use with other diameter bars will void the warranty. It is not recommended to use the longer stems (120mm – 140mm) in big impact style riding. It is perfectly acceptable to use the 5 degree rise stem upside-down for a negative rise.
SYStem DH
3 year warranty
Use with bars with a clamp diameter other than 25.4mm will void the warranty.
Prodigy Stem
2 year warranty
Use with bars with a clamp diameter other than 25.4mm will void the warranty. It is normal for there to be a gap between the bar clamp and the stem body, but it should be even top and bottom.
XY and XY0 Seatpost
3 year warranty
Please note that these seatposts are designed for standard 7mm rail saddles; using larger railed saddles can seriously damage and weaken the rail clamp mechanism. It is perfectly acceptable to use the post ‘backwards’ for negative off-set.
Prodigy Seatpost
1 year warranty
This is a cross-country use seatpost; use for big impact riding voids its warranty.
Race Rings
6 month warranty
Poor performance caused by use of 9 speed rings on an 8 speed system, and vise versa, will not be covered under warranty. Buy the appropriate product. Also, ring wear is caused by far too many factors. As such wear is not covered under warranty.
Titanium Taperlock Bottom Bracket
2 year warranty on spindle
1 year on cups, sleeve, taperlocks
This bottom bracket has a rider weight limit of 180 lbs. We guarantee that a 180lb rider can use it for aggressive cross-country for 2 years without a hint of a problem. Use by heavier riders or for other types of use will not be warrantied. Periodic bearing replacement is required.
Cromo Taperlock Bottom Bracket
Lifetime warranty on spindle
1 year on cups, sleeve, taperlocks
Bearings require replacement every 1-3 seasons, depending on use. Other than that, this bottom bracket can take whatever you give it.
XS and XS DH ISIS Drive Bottom Bracket
1 year on cups, crank bolt, bearings
Lifetime on axle
Mate it to the North Shore XS cranks and we won’t warranty your tibia. Bearings require replacement every 1-3 seasons, depending on use.
Prodigy ISIS Drive Bottom Bracket
2 year warranty
This is a cross-country use bottom bracket without replaceable bearings. Use for high impact riding will void all aspects of the warranty.
Real Seal Headset
5 year warranty on bearings
Lifetime warranty on the rest
Other than high impact riding and on bikes with double crown fork this headset is good for all types of use. Please note that we can’t warranty headsets that don’t function properly if the frame is the cause of the problem – so face and ream the head tube before installing.

Lifetime on the rest
Stainless steel that’s stronger than your frame… Just be sure to properly prepare the frame before installation by facing and reaming the head tube.
