The ex winner had some problems and couldn't handle the situation ( he told me something about his daughter being sick ), so following eBay's suggestion, I've contacted you this way.
The deal will go strictly according to eBay's rules and policy regarding to this second chance offer.To start the official transaction, I need to know your details
- eBay user ID & full name and address ( for the invoice so I know where to send the item ) ...
as soon as I have them I'll start the official procedure, and eBay will notify you about this. You'll also receive important guidelines + instructions from them ( please go through them exactly ).
I'll handle the shipping, so this will be free of charge for you + I am willing to deduct you with the fee for handling the payment procedure.

    ebay에서 가장 많이 bid를 한사람이 포기를 할 경우, 두번째 bid 금액이 많은 사람에게 자동적으로 구입의 기회가 주어지게 됩니다. 혹은 bid 금액이 일정수준이 넘었을 경우에도 두번째 사람에게 까지 구입의 기회가 주어집니다. 파는 사람이 님께 구입기회를 주는 거니까 ..윗분의 해석처럼...사가라는 말이네요..조금 싸게 해준다고..ㅎㅎㅎ
