스프라켓이 잘 돌지 않는것 같아서 육각렌치로 스프라켓쪽 잡고 여차저차 스프라켓 분리했습니다.
근데 요고저거 만지다 보니 손에 기름이 잔뜩 시커멓케 묻었습니다.
다시 조립후 바퀴 고정 후 스프라켓만 손으로 굴려보는데 스르륵 마찰음 들리면서 잘 안돌아갑니다. 여기에도 원래 구리스 잔뜩 칠해주죠? 메뚜기도 구리스끼 별로 없고요.
그 안쪽에 고무 실링 같은게 있는데 거기도 별로 기름기 없습니다. 그래서 구리스 사다 발르려고 하는데요. 어떤 구리스를 어떻게 발라야하는지 궁금합니다.
허브쪽은 괜찮은것 같습니다.

아참그리고 양축을 조일때 너무 세게 조이면 잘 안굴러가서 대충 손의 느낌으로 조였는데 괜찮은거지요?

    마빅전용 미네랄오일이 있습니다. 메뚜기를 감싸는 후리휠버디를 깨끗이 청소하고, 전용오일을 약10-20방울 정도로 주입하시고, 분해의 역순에 따라 조립하십시요.

    양축을 손으로 조이셨다는데 그렇게 하시면 됩니다. 적정한 토크의 감을 익히세요.
    참고로

    Unclip the fork support on the non drive side and insert a 10 mm allen wrench on this side of the axle.
    Insert a 5 mm allen wrench on the drive side of the axle.
    Unscrew to extract the end axle screw (drive side) and the axle (non drive side)
    Remove the FTS-L free wheel body :
    Pull the FTS-L free wheel body towards the exterior until it doesn’t move any farther (about 4 mm).
    Turn the FTS-L free wheel body and pull it carefully off the hub axle while holding the pawls and springs.
    Caution : When you disassemble the FTS-L free wheel body, the pawls are no longer supported. The pawls and springs may pop out.
    This can be prevented by holding the pawls with your hand.
    Remove the spring/pawl assembly and clean it.
    Replace the FTS-L free wheel body kit and lip seal : install the new one at the very bottom of the nose of the hub, the lip toward
    the outside. Lubricate the lip seal with Mavic mineral oil M40122.
    Lubricate the inside of the FTS-L free wheel body kit in the cog area (10 - 20 drops of Mavic mineral oil M40122).
    Mount the spring/pawl assembly (spring fits over the pins of the centering stud on the pawl assembly). Put the springs and then
    pawl assembly in place, the round side touching the axle. Then pivot the pawl assembly.
    Mount the FTS-L free wheel body kit :
    Make sure the spacer washer M40067 (available in 10 piece kit) is well placed inside the FTS-L free wheel body :
    The absence of this spacer washer prevents the free wheel from working properly.
    Mount the FTS-L free wheel body kit holding the pawl assembly in your hand in the low position (springs compressed) ;
    Mount the axle end screw and axle kit, repeating step 1. above the opposite way. Mount the wheel on the frame, tighten the
    quick release skewer, and adjust the bearing free play.
    It is useful to lubricate the free wheel body 1 - 2 times a year or whenever it becomes noisy. For this, follow the above procedure.
