엘스워스 모멘트 포크의 권장 트래블 ?
추천 수 ( 0 )3군데 모두 다르게 권장해서 좀 헷갈립니다.
1. 빅스코리아 홈페이지 : FORK TRAVEL ---------- Recommended 125-160mm
( http://vixkorea.co.kr/ellsworth_p3.html )
2. 엘스워스 본사 홈페이지 : Fork Travel: Recommended 140-160mm
( http://www.ellsworthbikes.com/bikes/moment/default.aspx )

1. What fork travel is correct for each frame?
MODEL FORK TRAVEL MAX AXLE TO CROWN
Sub 22 3?(80mm) < 447(less than 17.6?
Truth (2001-04) 3?to 4?(80-105mm) < 483mm (less than 19?
Isis 3?to 4?(80-105mm) < 483mm (less than 19?
Joker XC 3?to 5?(80-125mm) < 508mm (less than 20?
Id 5?to 6?(125-150mm) < 600mm (less than 23.6?
Moment 5?to 6?(125-150mm)* < 600mm (less than 23.6?
Joker 4?to 7?(100-180mm)* No maximum limitations
Dare >5?(125mm)* No maximum limitations
Specialist <5?(125mm) <600mm (less than 23.6?
Witness 3?to 4?(80-105mm)* < 483mm (less than 19?
Which fork length should I choose?
The shorter length fork will be better for quick turning, tight switchbacks while a longer travel fork is more stable for fast descents. A fork with an axle to crown length longer than the recommended specifications puts too much stress on the head tube and will void your warranty. XC racers usually will want the weight savings of an 80mm travel fork, while others may choose the 105mm forks for comfort and stability.
Warranty- A fork with a skewer to crown length longer than recommended specifications puts too much stress on the head tube and will void your Ellsworth warranty.
2. Fox 36 Forks on Moments
When using a Fox 36 Fork (super stiff 36mm stanchions) on the Moment we strongly recommend using a deep set headset such as a Chris King steel set. The Fox 36 fork is designed for aggressive riding and extra precautions to protect the head tube are necessary.
Ovalized head tubes are not covered under warranty.
